arionplay Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules for Filipino Players

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the agreement between arionplay ("the Platform", "we", "us") and you ("the Player", "you") governing your access to and use of the arionplay website and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, live casino, sports betting, and eBingo.

By registering an account on arionplay, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the platform.

These Terms are written in English and this version shall be the controlling version in the event of any inconsistency with any translated version.

2 Player Eligibility

To register and use arionplay, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the platform.

arionplay reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any point during the registration or account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension pending verification.

3 Account Registration and Security

One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one active arionplay account. Creating multiple accounts – whether using the same or different personal details – is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, and contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. arionplay will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, you should contact the arionplay support team immediately through your account.

KYC Verification

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, arionplay requires Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. This involves submitting a government-issued photo ID and a selfie confirming your identity. Additional documents such as proof of address or payment method verification may also be requested. 4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

Philippine Peso Only

All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals at arionplay are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No other currency is accepted or processed on the platform.

Supported Payment Channels

arionplay currently supports the following payment channels for eligible Filipino players:

• Philippine bank transfer (PESONET, Instapay)
• Philippine online or mobile banking
• GCash
• Maya

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods. All deposits must originate from an account or method registered in the player's own name.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to KYC identity verification being complete and approved. The withdrawal destination must be a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the arionplay account holder. arionplay does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

If any portion of your account balance is subject to bonus wagering requirements, that portion of the balance becomes withdrawable only once the applicable requirements have been fulfilled.

5 Game Rules and Fair Play

Game Outcomes

All casino and eBingo game outcomes at arionplay are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Live casino game outcomes are determined in real time by human dealers using physical game equipment. No outcome is predetermined or influenced by previous results. No win is ever guaranteed.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on arionplay and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform or games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Colluding with other players in any game format.
• Abusing bonus offers or promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform.
• Providing false identity information or attempting to circumvent KYC requirements.

Void Bets and Cancelled Games

arionplay reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed as a result of a technical error, incorrect odds, or system malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance. arionplay is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues on the player's device or internet connection.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

arionplay may offer bonuses, promotional credits, cashback, or other incentives to players from time to time. Any such offer is subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. These Terms provide the general framework; individual bonus terms take precedence where they apply to a specific offer.

General conditions that apply to all arionplay bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are intended for personal use by the account holder only.
• Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted by their individual terms.
• arionplay reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• Any player found to be abusing bonuses may have their bonus access removed and affected winnings voided.

arionplay provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain platform uptime and security, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. arionplay shall not be held liable for:

• Loss of winnings or account access due to technical outages beyond our control.
• Loss resulting from a player's own failure to secure their account credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by third-party infrastructure, internet service providers, or payment network issues.

arionplay's total liability to any player in connection with their account shall not exceed the current balance held in that account at the time of the claim.

10 Changes to These Terms

arionplay reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified through the platform or via the email address registered to their account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Continued use of the arionplay platform after updated Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should cease using the platform and request account closure.
